Hotel Playa Azul Sayulita

Oh, such charm, but the lack of basic amenities like towels, toilet paper, and soap was a surprise. How did it take hours to let me in? I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas, just more disappointment. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but I just couldn't, sadness ensued instead.

The employees are all really helpful and top-class. Its location right next to the heart of Sayulita is good❤

The pool area was good with lounge chairs.

The air-conditioning unit emitted a loud beeping sound directly above the bed. Despite the amenities expected, there were notable deficiencies in service, such as the absence of staff on-site to address issues promptly.

i liked having 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the room, that was clean and impressive too. a walk-in shower and bath sheets was a plus. the location in a pretty quiet area was awesome and great. i stayed 1 night and ca n't wait to come back when visiting mexico.

Wow, the handmade pasta at Chiles & Margaritas had me dreaming for days! Plus, I adored the lovely pool area where my little one splashed around. The mini fridge in our room was clutch for keeping snacks and drinks cool during our adventures.

The amenities they advertised were either missing or not functioning. The TV wasn't working when I arrived, and it wasn't fixed until my third day. It seemed like they were doing me a favor instead of providing the hospitality they promised. Still, the sun and surf shined bright!

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge and powerful air-conditioning. The pool area was good and perfect.

The large, clean room had excellent air-conditioning and a mini fridge. Unfortunately, we experienced very loud street noise at night.

I loved the pool area 🏊‍♀️ The location was super close to the beach and had a mini-super next door. Unfortunately, the service was a letdown, and I had issues with my room.

The location is fantastic, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. The room was large, clean, and equipped with AC and a fridge, perfect for our needs. The pool area was good with lounge chairs to soak up the sun.

Family with children paradise!

The pool was wonderful. It was so much fun seeing my 5-year-old splash around and have the time of his life. Plus, everything in the room was super clean and cozy, the maid service was attentive.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but totally worth it!

A Little Slice of Paradise with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the cozy room, perfect for solo travelers. Ensure you arrange check-in in advance to avoid waiting. The local eateries were a good find. An improvement on in-room amenities would really enhance future visits.

Great location! It's close to Chocobanana, where I tried some delicious desserts. 🍨

The location here is great, just a short walk to the Islas Marietas Museum.
